Dear Dictator is an upcoming satire comedy movie directed by Lisa Addario and Joe Syracuse. The film follows a 16-year-old girl who becomes the pen pal with a British-Caribbean dictator who flees his island nation. He seeks refuge and hides with a rebellious teenage girl in suburban America, and ends up teaching the young teen how to start a revolution and overthrow the "mean girls" in her high school.
