The Three Musketeers is a 2011 romantic action adventure film directed by Paul W. S. Anderson, based on the novel of the same title by Alexandre Dumas with clock-punk elements. The story focuses on the hot-headed young D'Artagnan along with three former legendary but now down on their luck Musketeers must unite and defeat a beautiful double agent and her villainous employer.. At the end of the movie, the first credits have a dedication,"For Bernd", referencing Bernd Eichinger, who died in January of 2011.
